Cheryl + Rune were married on the most amazing of days with family and friends including the chickens and dogs. It had all the vibes of a modern rustic barn wedding! I couldn’t stop loving their cowboy boots and how effortless the day went. The florals with hints of sunflowers complimented the theme. The most important customization they requested from me was lots of candid photos of their family and friends. They felt close to everyone that was invited and expressed their importance as guests. Marivel + Sepehr | Proposal Announcement | Seward Park

Marivel and Sepehr asked me to photograph their proposal announcement at Seward Park. Hands down I excitably said yes! Marivel is also a Seattle Photographer in the industry and what an honor it was to capture a friend and peers special moment in both their lives!! The engagement ring dazzled in diamonds with a circle cut pink gemstone that I admired. Sepehr did such a great job picking out the ring and their story of how he proposed was adorable! The previous weekend they went on a pacific northwest summer vacation with the kids and rented an airbnb house on the water. In the evening he asked for her to put on something fancy which seemed somewhat suspicious and almost gave away the surprise. She headed down to the lake where a bonfire was blazing and he asked her to marry him. It was such a special moment between them and the children.
