Ceremony, 6:30 p.m. I took these images around 5 ish. So we should be fine with a 6:30 p.m. ceremony time and photos afterwards. I may use some flash on my camera. Strobe or umbrella. Before the ceremony I’ve given options below for family formals/ Bridal Party.

First Look Options. A, B, or C. Maybe Angie is willing to remove rope and sign option? (middle photo).

Formal Options…. The photos are of your family. They are very important and you will most likely use these in your home. The goal is to avoid harsh lighting, and go with a more controlled light. Many photographers like myself like to avoid harsh lighting as it picks up wrinkles, squinting, blinking of shut eyes, and harsh shadows. I’m not opposed to photograph in harsh light as long as you understand and like it. These can also be first look options as well/ Bridal Party. Options I found: A, B, C, D, E, F, G.

These three photos are option G. It’s on the side of the building. Walk out the front doors and head left. Your backdrop would be this solid grey, green. Mostly for formals. E is also similar and on the inside of the venue. It’s manageable, but please note some of these areas inside do get crowed until closing.

Dinner: Flash will be placed on the right hand side. We placed it in two different locations on the right. Both look good. We decided not to place a flash on the left hand side to avoid any kind of glare off the fish tank.

Additional choices I scouted for you. Photo 1. We will have you stand in the shadow. Along with your Bridal Party. We could also do some after the ceremony or during sunset. As you will have more walking room to walk towards me. As you can see my son, who’s sticking his tongue out, is in very harsh lighting. The only way around that is to wait for good lighting.
Photo 2 & 3. You turn left out of the venue. These areas are in shade and not so crowed. Photo 3 was a cell phone photo. Sorry about that. You will get the same coloring like Photo 2.
Photos 4 and 5 are by the otters and seals. I figured these could be nice backdrops for you and Alex. Last photo would have to wait until sunset. You would get the city building in the backdrop. We would also do some water front photos.
Note. Take photos at the front of the venue with sign. Yes it will be busy. But worth it.
