Being a Seattle wedding photographer can be extremely stressful and it takes patience, being sure of yourself, and many hours of education. When I started wedding photography I was very shy and unsure of myself. I did though have a goal on where I wanted to be in my quest to become an entrepreneurial photographer. I know now what is expected of me and I’m consistently able to adapt to my surroundings and accommodate expectations for every wedding, family, and newborn that I photograph. I’m gearing up to provide many more services at Lauren Ryan Photography and I can’t wait to explore different avenues of photographing this coming year.

Big News! I made it to # 20 on City Voter as one of the best wedding photographers in Seattle! That’s out of 363 other talented and amazing photographers. This year I have seen how far I’ve come in the Seattle wedding industry and the abundance of experience I have gained these past several years. I reflect on the amazing things 2016 has brought me as a photographer. All the memories I have shared with countless couples and their families have made me the happiest. When I am in my element I lose myself in the abundance of creative moments that I share with each couple I work with. I try to make every moment fun with my clients, because that joy and excitement allows me to capture the raw emotion that every couple experiences. I reflect so much about this year and how I can improve my business. I’m ready and looking forward in capturing many more memories and seeing where 2017 takes me!
